  9. Then, add the cabbage 5 minutes later
  10. Add and season with salt and seasoning as desired
  11. When the veggies are cooked and soft, add celery and spring onion
  12. After one final taste adjustment, turn off the electric pan if it is enough
  13. Vegetable soup is ready to serve in a prepared bowl
